... the "post three positive things every day"-therapy doesn't work for me - simply because I can't think of three positive things to post on a daily basis. There just isn't that much positiveness going on in my life.

Instead, I decided to post one non-work related accomplishment a day. I'm a melancholic type of person with more worse than better days these days, and sometimes just getting out of bed on weekends is an accomplishment.
