nico1908...goes to the fellow who sent me this inquiry: "would like to retire in YourLittleTown would like to see homes that I could afford".
I felt sorely tempted to e-mail him an invoice for $1,000 for mind-reading services. But since I'm a nice person, I sent him a list of local realtors instead.
